Community Resources: Immigration Support

City of Hillsboro: Small Business Stabilization Program Grants

This City of Hillsboro program will help stabilize and retain small businesses in our community — especially those seeing a reduction in customer base resulting from ICE activity or experiencing economic instability.

Grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded. A total of $200,000 is available.

Eligible industries include restaurants, mobile food services, food markets, bakeries, grocery stores, and retail stores.

Applicants, here’s how to get ready:

    • Review program goals & requirements
    • Prepare 3 years of financial reports
    • Develop a plan for how the money would be used

Applications open on February 9, 2026 and close February 27, 2026.
