HILLSBORO, OR — The Washington County Chamber of Commerce has named Asha Aiello as its new president and CEO, following a comprehensive search led by the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Aiello will join the Chamber team on Monday, October 5, 2026.
Aiello brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, workforce and economic development, stakeholder engagement, communications and cross-sector collaboration. Throughout her career, she has worked across the private, public, nonprofit and association sectors, bringing together businesses, public agencies, educators and community organizations to address shared challenges and create opportunities.
Aiello has led complex initiatives focused on organizational growth, workforce strategy, partnership development, communications and community engagement. Her experience includes managing multimillion-dollar programs, developing and scaling regional partnerships, and building initiatives designed to strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.
Washington County is also home for Aiello, bringing a personal connection to the businesses, communities and people the Chamber serves.

As president and CEO, Aiello will build on the Chamber’s strong foundation, working alongside members, staff and community partners to strengthen relationships, advance opportunities for the business community and continue the organization’s impact throughout Washington County.
