City of Hillsboro: Small Business Stabilization Program Grant – Sole Proprietors
This City of Hillsboro program will help stabilize and retain small businesses in our community, especially those experiencing a reduction in customer base resulting from ICE activity or broader economic instability.
This funding opportunity is limited to sole proprietors for this round of grant funding. Businesses must be located in the City of Hillsboro with a City of Hillsboro business license.
Grants of up to $1,500 will be awarded. A total of $60,000 is available.
Eligible industries include restaurants, mobile food services, food markets, bakeries, grocery stores, and retail stores.
Applications open May 18, 2026, and close June 12, 2026 (extended from June 5).

Ciudad de Hillsboro: Programa de Subvenciones para la Estabilización de Pequeñas Empresas – Propietarios Únicos
Este programa de la Ciudad de Hillsboro ayudará a estabilizar y mantener las pequeñas empresas de nuestra comunidad, especialmente aquellas que están experimentando una reducción en su base de clientes debido a la actividad de ICE o a una inestabilidad económica más amplia.
