How it works:
- When someone purchases a gift certificate, they receive a confirmation and a second email with the PDF certificates.
- Each certificate includes a list of where it can be redeemed, or you can click “View Participating Merchants” in the purchase portal.
- Gift certificates can’t be redeemed for cash, but businesses may choose to issue store credit or cash back on remaining balances.
